The Brief
A travel agency in the UAE lives on enquiries. Most arrive by WhatsApp, and most start with the same question: can you get me this visa, and how long will it take? Yet many agency websites bury that behind generic stock photography and a contact form nobody fills in.
Oneway Global Tourism needed a site that answered the question first. The brief was to present visa assistance across a wide range of countries clearly, alongside hotels and tickets, and make starting a conversation a single tap — not a form, not a call centre.
What We Built
We designed and built a clean, mobile-first website that leads with the visa services and the countries covered, then moves through tours, hotels and insurance — each section built to be scanned quickly on a phone, because that is where the audience is.
Every route through the site ends in the same place: a WhatsApp message with the enquiry already written. There is no call centre and no contact form to be ignored — the agency replies personally, which is exactly what its customers want.
