The Brief

Buying a refurbished laptop online in the UAE usually means trusting a vague listing. Battery health is rarely published, "refurbished" covers everything from pristine to barely working, and most sellers never say what was tested. The result is a market where price is visible and quality is not.

RefurbLaptops.ae needed a site that inverted that. The brief was to lead with the numbers a buyer would ask for anyway — battery health, SSD health, what was tested, what was erased — and let the specs do the selling, across a range that changes weekly.

What We Built

We designed and built a fast, mobile-first catalogue site that publishes an inspection record on every page: battery health verified at 80% or above, SSD health at 80% or above, keyboard, screen and ports tested, previous user data erased, OS reinstalled, cosmetic Grade A.

Because most buyers arrive knowing a budget, a brand or a job rather than a model number, the catalogue is browsable by brand, by price band, by processor and by use case — office, students, call centres, remote work, power users. Every product card opens WhatsApp with the SKU and price already written, so an order starts as a conversation, not a form.
