These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the web design and related services provided by The Web Makers ("we", "us", "our") to you ("the client"). By engaging our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide website design and development services using platforms such as WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify, along with optional SEO setup and ongoing maintenance. The exact scope of each project is agreed in writing before work begins, based on the package you select.

2. Quotes and payment

Prices are quoted in AED and are confirmed before the project starts. Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit may be required to begin work, with the balance due before the website goes live. Care Plan subscriptions are billed monthly.

3. Client responsibilities

  • Providing content (text, images, branding) needed to complete the project.
  • Reviewing work and giving timely feedback so timelines can be met.
  • Ensuring you have the right to use any materials you supply to us.

4. Timelines

Estimated delivery times begin once we have received all required content. Delays in providing content or feedback may extend the project timeline.

5. Revisions

The number of revision rounds included depends on your chosen package. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

6. Ownership and licensing

Once final payment is received, you own the website content and design delivered to you. Third-party components (such as themes, plugins or stock images) remain subject to their own licences.

7. Maintenance and support

Ongoing maintenance is provided under the Care Plan. Without an active Care Plan, support requests may be quoted on a per-task basis. We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party changes made without our involvement.

8. Limitation of liability

We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care, but we cannot guarantee specific business results, search rankings or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
